FAQs
How to use?
Step 1: These cards can be used singularly or in a group.
Step 2: Pick a card from the deck (randomly or choose from inspiration or contemplation).
Step 3: If using alone let your thoughts flow and write down the things that come up for you. If using in a group have each person hold Buddha as it is their turn to speak. Let the cards prompt deep meaningful discussions. Don’t feel limited by what is written, rather use it as a catalyst to discover more about yourself or the people you are interacting with.
Step 4: If one of the cards is particularly meaningful or you are working on one you can have Buddha hold it for you.
Step 5: Buddha is happy to spend his days at home in a special place, but he is also willing to provide inspiration where ever you go. Carry him with you!
Who is this product good for?
EVERYONE! Children learning emotional intelligence as well as a refresher for all of us adults that need it too.
Is Buddha a deity and a religion?
We are not pushing a religion or a deity on anyone. We are using the Buddhist philosophy of loving-kindness and a symbol that promotes it. That is all. If an Elf on a Shelf can inspire behavior then we see no reason why a wise loving guru can not.
